About Us

Meet the Founder

I am Raphael Tordjman. Neuroscientist. Founder of NeuroHaven.

My work sits where neuroscience meets the demands of people who have to perform under sustained pressure. I coauthored a study published in the journal Neurobiology of Stress on how different types of stress uniquely impact brain function, with research experience including time at UCLA.

What I saw in the research, and what I have confirmed across years of applied work with clients, is this: the difference between people who perform well under sustained pressure and people who fall apart is not talent, discipline, or genetics. It is a trained nervous system.

NeuroHaven exists to bridge a specific gap. Most of what gets sold to high performers (supplements, apps, generic wellness) does not move the needle. Most of what does move the needle (clinical care) is not built for people who are already functional and want to operate at a higher level.

We work privately with founders, executives, and high performers. The work is precise, measured, and grounded in research. Not a clinic. Not a spa. Not wellness.

Cognitive performance, built on science.

Our Approach

Every engagement begins with a baseline. We use quantitative brain mapping (qEEG), a non invasive assessment that reads how your nervous system is actually functioning in real time. This is not a diagnosis. It is data.

From there, we build a training protocol calibrated to your data and your goals. Neurofeedback is the primary training method. Over structured sessions, your brain receives real time feedback that trains it toward states of sharper focus, sustained attention, emotional control, and deeper recovery.

What sets this work apart is what we can measure. Most performance work relies on how you feel. Ours relies on what we can show has changed. You see the baseline. You see the progress. You see the result.
